Primary Spanish Guide

Mrs. Cinthya Ramirez Rivera began her educational journey at a preparatory school before attending MISD in La Jolla, California, in 2002. After earning her certification as a Children's House Guide (3-6 years), she dedicated 14 years to Montessori Paolini, a leading Montessori school in Tijuana. During this time, she gained invaluable experience, while also pursuing a Psychology degree at Univer Universidad. Her studies highlighted the crucial need for parent education, a focus she has maintained throughout her career. With over 20 years of experience in Tijuana's educational landscape, Mrs. Ramirez has excelled as a lead guide in various schools. Her commitment to student well-being is evident in her dedication to individual student progress, strong parent partnerships, and collaborative teamwork. Recognizing her expertise, Mrs. Ramirez has been invited to train other educators in classroom management and leadership. A passionate advocate for the Montessori method, she thrives on sharing her knowledge and supporting those around her. Mrs. Ramirez is excited to contribute her skills to a school with diverse cultures and traditions and is eager to learn and grow in this new environment.


Ms. Cinthya was born, and is currently living, in Tijuana, Mexico with her family. She has a little boy who is her greatest motivation. He attended a Montessori school from infancy through early childhood, and now, watching him in elementary school, she's convinced that his Montessori education has given him the confidence and security he needs to succeed.


In her free time, Cinthya loves spending her free time with her son, going to their favorite parks and eating out at their favorite restaurants. She also enjoys reading, listening to music, and traveling with his family.
