Extended Day Program, Assistant Teacher
Ms. Annabelle Anderson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Art from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, in 2021. She has spent many years working as a summer camp counselor for art and theater camps. She has worked as a photographer for school picture days and worked with many different elementary schools throughout San Diego County. Prior to joining the LJMS team, she worked as a full-time nanny. Recently, she became fascinated with the Montessori method and how to support child development. Ms. Annabelle is currently working on completing her Early Childhood coursework and Montessori training, where she can continue to strengthen her newfound joy in teaching.
Ms. Annabelle is originally from the East Coast. She was born in Connecticut, was raised in Maryland, and attended University in Virginia before moving to the Bay Area and then finally settling down in her new home in San Diego.
In her free time, Ms. Annabelle is a painter who shows her work in local galleries. She also enjoys playing guitar, surfing, spending time in nature and going to the beach every day!
