En nuestro colegio Montessori biling\u00fce, nos centramos en actividades aut\u00e9nticas para los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os. Comprender el uso saludable de las tecnolog\u00edas digitales es esencial para que los ni\u00f1os aprendan pronto.   Los padres pueden ayudar a crear h\u00e1bitos de consumo saludables  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">supervisar el tiempo frente a la pantalla<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">limitando el consumo, y practicando ellos mismos h\u00e1bitos de consumo saludables. Aqu\u00ed tienes unas pautas recomendadas que debes seguir antes de introducir el paisaje digital en las mentes j\u00f3venes.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Modelar h\u00e1bitos digitales saludables<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay cuatro <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1093\/pch\/pxx123\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e1reas de orientaci\u00f3n basadas en pruebas para optimizar y apoyar las primeras experiencias de los ni\u00f1os con los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1093\/pch\/pxx123\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">minimizar, mitigar, utilizar con atenci\u00f3n y modelar un uso saludable de las pantallas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00bb <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practicar h\u00e1bitos de uso saludable en casa permite a los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os observar c\u00f3mo los padres se centran en otras actividades que desarrollan conexiones, v\u00ednculos y conocimientos familiares. Modelar el uso saludable del tiempo frente a la pantalla puede ser dif\u00edcil para algunas personas, pero los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os necesitan que los padres modelen h\u00e1bitos saludables en casa para ayudarles a crear l\u00edmites desde muy pronto. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Centrarse en la mente joven<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimizar el tiempo de pantalla deja m\u00e1s tiempo para las conversaciones cara a cara y m\u00e1s tiempo para las actividades pr\u00e1cticas, lo que es maravilloso para el desarrollo de las mentes j\u00f3venes. Si se les da a elegir, la mayor\u00eda de los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os prefieren hablar, jugar o que les lean antes que pasar tiempo frente a una pantalla. Limitar el tiempo de pantalla en casa abre la puerta a la oportunidad de jugar aut\u00e9nticamente tambi\u00e9n en casa. La imaginaci\u00f3n es algo hermoso, y al fomentar la mente a trav\u00e9s del juego, y no del tiempo frente a la pantalla, los padres y cuidadores permiten que los ni\u00f1os se desarrollen en su verdadero yo con influencias externas limitadas. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Perspectivas positivas para la familia<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los padres pueden establecer un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthychildren.org\/English\/fmp\/Pages\/MediaPlan.aspx?_ga=2.231031071.1620455739.1666195113-1015286414.1666195113&amp;_gl=1*3xyp47*_ga*MTAxNTI4NjQxNC4xNjY2MTk1MTEz*_ga_FD9D3XZVQQ*MTY2NjE5NTExMy4xLjEuMTY2NjE5NTE2Ny4wLjAuMA..\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan Medi\u00e1tico Familiar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para ayudar a crear l\u00edmites que sean seguros para todos en casa. <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detalla los l\u00edmites del tiempo frente a la pantalla, qui\u00e9n lo supervisa, qu\u00e9 actividades est\u00e1n permitidas, qu\u00e9 canales son apropiados y c\u00f3mo mitigar el uso de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, todo ello debe incluirse de un modo que resulte c\u00f3modo para tu familia. Ten en cuenta que modelar un tiempo de pantalla saludable para los ni\u00f1os es una de las mejores formas de ayudar a establecer l\u00edmites desde el principio, as\u00ed que ten en cuenta el uso personal al crear el plan. Haz que tu plan de medios sea positivo, no te centres tanto en el aspecto de \u00abrestricci\u00f3n\u00bb como en la oportunidad que se da en su lugar.
